The project was delivered as a complete commercial transformation, incorporating a full internal fitout with upgraded services, bespoke joinery, new IT, AV, communications and data infrastructure. Every element of the design and construction was carefully coordinated during the early planning phase to ensure the final product reflected the Chidiac Realty brand and operational requirements.

Given the live nature of the tenancy, a high level of stakeholder coordination was required. Jaypec worked closely with the client's management team to stage works, maintain business continuity and minimise any disruption to staff and daily operations. The project demanded strict planning, sequencing and clear communication across multiple work fronts within an active office environment.

The fitout included extensive base building and services upgrades, new meeting rooms and client areas, premium finishes throughout, and a complete technology and data integration package. The project was delivered under an accelerated programme to meet the client's commercial timeframes.
