Project Overview

Jaypec is engaged in the early coordination, design refinement and construction planning for the Bella Vista commercial project, working alongside the client team of Georges Grounds Development, façade engineers, architects and key consultants to resolve complex building elements before construction commencement.

The project includes detailed façade integration, structural coordination, services planning, lift and substation design reviews, balcony and roof system detailing, and the development of efficient construction methodologies suited to the site's commercial and architectural requirements.

With multiple stakeholders and a highly technical façade package, Jaypec's focus has been on driving clarity, resolving design risks early and ensuring all components are aligned before procurement. This has included reviewing patch panel systems, terracotta and aluminium alternatives, drainage and irrigation strategies, structural steel interface details, rooftop glazing configurations and support systems for long span elements.

Through proactive management, Jaypec continues to streamline the design and approvals process, ensuring the project is positioned for a smooth transition into construction with controlled cost, clear scope and well-defined delivery pathways.
