Jaypec was built on strong family values, technical capability and a clear vision for quality. What began as a small, hands-on construction business has grown into a multi-sector builder delivering residential, commercial, education and specialist projects across New South Wales.
With experience spanning Tier 1 environments, complex structures, childcare, schools and high end residential, Jaypec brings the discipline, systems and standards of major construction to every project we deliver.

A licensed builder and qualified quantity surveyor with over fifteen years of experience across Tier 1, government, commercial and high end residential projects. John-Paul has delivered major works exceeding $350 million in value. He is also the founder of My Trade Hub, a national construction support platform.
