Belfield Childcare Centre

Jaypec was pleased to deliver this cornerstone educational project for Montessori Academy, providing a modern early learning facility designed to support high quality childcare services within the Belfield community. The centre offers contemporary learning environments, administrative spaces and outdoor play areas built to meet all regulatory, safety and operational requirements.

Located within a tight urban setting, the scope of works on the $7m project included the full redevelopment of the existing building envelope, complete internal fitout of all learning rooms, cot rooms, nappy change areas, commercial kitchen, staff facilities and administration areas. Additional works included upgrades to external play zones, soft landscaping, compliant fencing and the integration of advanced mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and fire systems.

The project reinforces Jaypec's capability as a trusted contractor for education and childcare facilities, having successfully delivered multiple Montessori centres as well as various early learning projects across Sydney.

The works involved selective demolition, full services replacement, detailed joinery installations, acoustic treatments, accessible amenities, breakout spaces, collaborative staff hubs and dedicated parent areas. Every element was coordinated to meet Montessori Academy's design standards and the strict compliance criteria required for licensing and operational approval.
