Auburn Childcare Centre

Jaypec delivered a complete upgrade and refurbishment of the Montessori Academy Auburn centre, transforming the existing facility into a modern and compliant early learning environment. The project included new learning rooms, cot rooms, nappy change areas, a commercial kitchen, administration spaces and outdoor play upgrades, all delivered in line with strict childcare licensing requirements.

Working within an operational environment, Jaypec staged works carefully to ensure safety, minimise disruption and maintain clear access for staff and families. The centre received full services upgrades, detailed joinery, new glazing, acoustic treatments and finishes consistent with Montessori design principles of warmth, simplicity and natural light.

The result is a high quality, compliant and functional childcare facility that supports Montessori's educational approach and enhances the experience for children, educators and families.

With limited access, an operational environment and multiple work fronts, coordination became the driving factor in maintaining progress and achieving the required outcomes within the fast-track programme.
